Do you have what it takes to SOLVE our ROOMS?
How does your mystery room work?
Your group is placed in a mystery room and has one hour to solve puzzles and find clues to escape. The rooms have been setup in a way that will require teamwork to escape on time.
What if I get scared or need to leave the room to use the bathroom, etc?
You will always be able to leave your room. You can signal your host at any time, but hurry because the clock is ticking and your team needs you!
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes before your scheduled booking - This will allow time for trips to the restroom and an introduction.
How many people can be in a room?
Most of our rooms can accommodate 2 to 8 participants (4 to 8 in the Prison Break room and 2 to 6 in the Haunted Hotel). The rooms are 165 square feet and are best suited for groups of 4 to 6, but we can put up to 8 in a room.
What are the age requirements?
Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult (not suitable for infants).
What are the recommended ages for birthday parties?
We have had birthday parties for ages 8 to 55+.
Are your rooms scary?
No, our mystery rooms are designed to be fun and engaging, but not scary (except Haunted Hotel).
Will there be a place to store my belongings?
You can take your belongings with you in the room.
What if I get stuck and can't figure out a clue?
If you get stuck, our staff will be there to share helpful hints to get you on track. Your first hint is free, but each additional hint will add 5 minutes to your overall time.
Will I be playing with strangers?
No, our rooms are private. You can play with as few as 2 people and as many as 8 (4 to 8 in the Prison Break room and 2 to 6 in Haunted Hotel).
Can I schedule rooms for groups larger than 8?
Yes, we have 4 rooms that are setup for 6 to 8 people each, so you can have up to 30 people in a session.
Can I bring food and drink?
Food and drink is allowed in the waiting area, but we ask that you not bring food or drink into the mystery rooms.
Can I bring an animal with me?
Service animals are always welcome, but others will have to stay at home.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
All bookings are non-refundable, however, with at least 24 hours advanced notice we can reschedule you to a later booking time.
